BOSEO N/K/A DONNA DARMATA; ROBERT BOSEO A/K/A ROBERT L. BOSEO; VILLAGE OF STONEYBROOK I ASSOCIATIOIN, INC.; VILLAGES OF STONEYBROOK COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

UNIT NO. 702, BUILDING NO. 7, OF VILLAGE OF STONEYBROOK I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT # 2006000058585 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
