NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 2 day of October, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Beginning 495 feet North of the Southeast corner of Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 44 South, Range 22 East; thence North 165 feet; thence West 444 feet to the point of beginning; thence West 216 feet; thence North 297 feet; thence East 216 feet; thence South 297 feet to the Point of Beginning. TOGETHER with a 20 foot road across easement beginning 495 feet North of the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 44 South, Range 22 East, thence North 165 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence West 660 feet; thence South 20 feet; thence East 660 feet; thence North 20 feet to the Point of Beginning, being in Lee County.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
