NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 2, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-055040 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 4 day of September, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 16, Block 39, Unit 4, Section 13, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 99, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
