NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 2, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2013-CA-050333 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 4 day of September, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 102-A, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS, OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF NAUTIQUE CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1776, PAGE 2164, AND AS AMENDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
