NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2013-CA-050867 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and TINA RYALL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A SCOTT SHULTZ, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 2 day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 29, WILLOW LAKE 1ST ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 155 THROUGH 162, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
