NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-056469 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and RICARDO SOSA, SAIKA CRISTO, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100039220532700801) UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A DENNIS ROSE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 2 day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 9 AND ALL OF LOT 10, BLOCK 486, UNIT 14, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 60 TO 68, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
