VINCENT; SAMUEL VINCENT A/K/A SAMUEL L. VINCENT A/K/A SAMMY L. VINCENT; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; BRENDAN COVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; COTTAGES AT BRENDAN COVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 4 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 22, PHASE 22, COTTAGES AT BRENDAN COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2871 PAGE 3566, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
