NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 2 day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-057187, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and AUDIE RUBEN SANCHEZ A/K/A AUDIE R. SANCHEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ERIK RHODES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60 AND 61, BLOCK 3753, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19 AT PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
