FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and FIDEL DIAZ TORRES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FIDEL DIAZ TORRES; YUSIMI GARCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YUSIMI GARCIA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [ ] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 4 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
