WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is Plaintiff and EDWARD F. WATTS, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD F. WATTS, JR.; MELISSA HUBACH; UNKOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA HUBACH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SAN CARLOS PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
