NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Amended Final Judgement was filed on August 7, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2007-CA-009321, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, u.s. bank, national association, as trustee for credit suisse first boston mbs heat 2004-1 is the Plaintiff, and LARRY C. GORE; FFIC, LLC; JOHN DOE N/K/A PETE SMITH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on this 6 day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK A, PRINCIPIA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 42 TO 44, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
