NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed August 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-057298 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and PAUL MARTIN FIALA A/K/A PAUL M. MARTIN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK 18, UNIT 4, LEHIGH ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
