NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-059727 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and KRISTAL MADING, ERNEST R. GREER and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A TRENTON MADING, et al are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via online sale at https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 7 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 494, AND TRACT 487 OF SAN CARLOS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 557, PAGE(S) 354 AND 354 AND 355, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
