NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002753 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GRANDE ISLE TOWERS I AND II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Dennis G. Church; MARY LOU CHURCH are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 AM, on the 4 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 608, Phase II, of GRANDE ISLE TOWERS I & II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 04304, Page 4037 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; the street address of which is: 3321 Sunset Key Circle, #608, Punta Gorda, FL 33955.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
