NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2013, and entered in 13-CA-052349 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2004-7, is the Plaintiff and ROBIN G. SANTERRE A/K/A ROBIN SANTERRE; CARMEN M. SANTERRE A/K/A CARMEN SANTERRE A/K/A CAMEN SANTERRE A/K/A CAMEN M. SANTERRE; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on September 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 4944, UNIT 74, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 111 THROUGH 131, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
