NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed July 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-055576 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Ciara J. Daniels a/k/a Ciara Daniels are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 2, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 10, block 97, unit 11, section 11, township 45 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 15, page 97, of the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
