NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a trial scheduled for August 9, 2013 filed in Civil Case No. 10-CA-053553 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 7 day of November, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1512, of CAPE CORAL UNIT 17, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 23 through 38, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
