NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed August 9, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-066958 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff, and SHARON L. TORREGROSSA A/K/A SHARON TORREGROSSA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 242, BUILDING NO. 11, OF RIVER'S EDGE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 23, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. 1783, PAGE 3580 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
