NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-053574 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jose A. Centeno a/k/a Jose Centeno a/k/a Jose Antonio Centeno, Jr.; Yolando Centeno a/k/a Yolanda R. Centeno a/k/a Yolanda Rivera Centeno; Tenant #1 n/k/a Maria Nande; and Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 9 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
