NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-06316 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Michael W. Horne, Shari N. Horne, The Condominium Association of Waterside II, Inc. , Waterside Community Association, Inc. , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 108, BUILDING 36, WATERSIDE CONDOMINIUM II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4627, PAGE 1080; AND AMENDMENTS THERETO ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION APPURTENANT THERETO ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO HOWEVER ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WATERSIDE CONDOMINIUM II.
