NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-028806 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Trust 2007-AR11, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR11 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated April 1, 2007, is the Plaintiff and Jose Mejia, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County c/o Jim Norman, Palma Ceia Gardens Condominium Association, Inc., State of Florida, Tenant #1 n/k/a Norberto Gonzalez, Tenant #2 n/k/a Alicia Gonzalez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
