NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-006978 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association, is the Plaintiff and Lutonjia E. Best; The City of Tampa; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 9, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 1/2 of the following described property: Lot beginning 604 feet South and 54.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, and running thence East 154.7 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence West 154.7 feet; thence North 100 feet to the Point of Beginning.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
