NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment in favor of Westchase Community Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 26th day of July, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on September 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 8, Westchase Section “211”, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 55 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 10604 Cobham Wood Court, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
