NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 10th day of September 2013, at 10am at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
THE WEST FEET OF LOT 2 AND THE EAST 17.8 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 6, MONETA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 61 , PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THAT PORTION OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 15. TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
