NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-023147 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and RONDA J. POINTS, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 60 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 1, ROSLYN HOMES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND LOT 16, BLOCK 2, RIVER HAVEN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
