NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-013590 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and EARL LEWIS A/K/A EARL P. LEWIS, FAZIA LEWIS, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11, PERU SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING RUN THENCE SOUTH 29°45' WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 11, 105.85 FEET, RUN THENCE SOUTH 55°25'08” EAST, 139.1 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE WESTERLY BANK OF CANAL, RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BANK OF SAID CANAL 122.0 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT 60° EAST, 172.29 FEET MORE OR LESS FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE NORTH 60° WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY EXTENSION OF THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 11, 172.29 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
