Defendants, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 001396, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY J. DELLWO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY J. DELLWO IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUALDEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITIBANK, FSB; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 29th day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 5, CORRECTED MAP OF FARNSWORTH ADDITION TO OAK VILLA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 307 E. Plymouth Street, Tampa, FL 33603.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
