NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 06, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-013993 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ANGELA A YOUNG; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA A. YOUNG N/K/A MIKE DAVIS; RIVER OAKS RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/23/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 302, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 52, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3615, PAGE 1906-1907, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3632, PAGE 1210, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
