Final Judgment was awarded on July 22, 2013 in Civil Case No.:09-CA-021966, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-17 is the Plaintiff, and, BARBARA RIVERO; MIGUEL A. RODRGUEZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
