OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BSTON FINANCIAL CORPORATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
