NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 23, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2007-CA-013999, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., is the Plaintiff, and, ZAKIA CARTER-CARR; CLARENCE CARR; CREEKSIDE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BSTON FINANCIAL CORPORATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
