NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 26, 2013 in Civil Case No.:11-CA-007870, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1 is the Plaintiff, and, CHARLES YEAGER; ROSARIO YEAGER; HSBC BANK NEVADA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
