NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-015825 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Lasalle Bank National Association, As Trustee For First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-2, Mortgage Loan Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Cindy L Dubois a/k/a Cindy Dubois, Cumberland HOA Inc, United States of America, Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Services, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 23rd day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
