NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-013680 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Ancona Systems, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Kelvin Stewart; Jennifer Stewart; Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; LVNV Funding, LLC; and Suntrust Bank, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Hillsborough County's Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 20th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
