NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-013567 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA5 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and BENIS LAZAR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Building No. 3, Unit 5252, CORDOBA AT BEACH PARK, a condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15732, Pages 959 through 1090, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
