NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-024583, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO GOMEZ A/K/A ALEJANDRO D. GOMEZ, SKYPOINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, KRISTINA GOMEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit No. 1915 of SKYPOINT, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated June 1, 2007, in Official Records Book 17814, Page 346, and all exhibits attached thereto, and all amendments thereof, and according to the plat or map thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Page 188, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
