NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2013, entered in Case No. 13-CA-003645 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiBank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Janet Louise Thompson; Unknown Spouse of Janet Louise Thompson; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 61 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 18, AVALON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
