A PORTION OF THE WEST 300.00 FEET OF THE EAST 600.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 27; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY THEREOF S. 89Ëš 41' 33" W., 563.05 FEET TO THE “TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING”; THENCE N 00Ëš 18' 27" W., 720 MORE OR LESS FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 600.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 27; THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE N. 89Ëš 41' 33" E., 25.00 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID SOUTH LINE S. 00Ëš 18' 27" E., 720 MORE OR LESS FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 27; THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY S. 89Ëš 41' 33" W., 25.00 FEET TO THE “TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING”. LESS THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR SLIGH AVENUE.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TRIPP SCOTT, P.A , the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 110 S E 6th Street, 15th Floor, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, on or before Aug. 12, 2013, (no later than 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action) and file this original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
