Final Judgment was awarded on February 26, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2009-CA-023698, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE ANTONIO GUZMAN; BARBARA GUZMAN; LEGACY AT TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; INFOSUR TRADERS CORP, A/K/A INFOSUR TRADES INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 9, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
