NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-028756 (A) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and MUKESH KUMAR N. PATEL; GIRA M. PATEL A/K/A GINA M. PATEL; HERITAGE HARBOR GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 14, HERITAGE HARBOR, PHASE 2C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
