NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-015286 DIV. N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AMC1 is Plaintiff and RUBENIA ZUNIGA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUBENIA ZUNIGA; ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

AND Commence at the NW corner of Lot 1, Block 14, SYLVAN DALE Subdivision in Section 12, Township 28 South, Range 18 East, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and run South along the West boundary of said Lot 1, 55 feet to the beginning of a curve on the platted right of way of Summit Avenue (Taliaferro Avenue), continue South 50 feet to a point 14.4 feet West of the NW corner of Lot 22, Block 14 of said SYLVAN DALE Subdivision, said point being the Point of Beginning, continue South 105 feet to a point 16.1 feet West of the SW Corner of said Lot 22, said point being 50 feet North and 7.60 feet East of the NW corner of Lot 1, Block 13, of said SYLVAN DALE Subdivision, thence East 16.1 feet to the SW corner of said Lot 22, Block 14, thence Northerly along said platted right of way to the NW corner of said Lot 22, thence West 14.4 feet to the Point of Beginning.
