NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated May 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-019238 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 12th day of September, 2013 day, at 10:00 a.m. via the website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 120, BLOCK 9, CROSS CREEK PARCEL “K” PHASE 2C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
