NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-007677-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and HENRY FULTZ; DIANNE FULTZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE A/K/A DIEDRE TURNER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3, JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
