NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-013456-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC, is the Plaintiff and SARA M. DIETRICH F/K/A SARAH M. JACOBSON; TREAVER DIETRICH A/K/A TREAVOR J. DIETRICH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 10, RUSSELL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
