NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2nd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-009464 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2006-FA8, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement is the Plaintiff and , TIMOTHY A. MENDONCA; and MIRNA N. MENDONCA; and EAST LAKE WOODLANDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; and THE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS ASSOCIAT; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), N/K/A ERIC PACURARI are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 33, THE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5787, PAGES 1490 THROUGH 1560 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
