NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-016741 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC , is the Plaintiff and Christine D. Collier aka Mary Christine Davis aka Christine D. Goodwin, Bank of America N.A, Lake Forest Condominium Association of Pinellas County Inc, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 2804, BUILDING 28, LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 56 THRU 62, INCLUSIVE; IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 79 AND 80 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 96, PAGES 52 THROUGH 56 INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6000, PAGES 1082, ET SEQ., ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
