NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about July 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-005539CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2005-AA6, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, is the Plaintiff and Delia R. Villafane, Rafael A Villafane, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, Tenant # 3, Tenant # 4, The Unknown Spouse of Delia R. Villafane, The Unknown Spouse of Rafael A Villafane, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
