NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-012602-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Lore Rosado, Pinebrook Towne House Association, Inc., Regions Bank successor in interest to AmSouth Bank, Tenant #1 n/k/a Pamela Southworth, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15 OF PINEBROOK ESTATES PHASE 2, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE(S) 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
