NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 2, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-009824 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB1 is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER SCIALPA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER SCIALPA N/K/A MARIA SCIALPA; BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
