NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered AUGUST 7, 2013, in the above styled suit, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on SEPTEMBER 25, 2013, at 10 o' clock a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 60, EUCLID PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 28, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
commonly known as 1044 34th Ave., North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33704.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
