NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-006978 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage Inc. as Successor in Interest to AmSouth Bank, Plaintiff and Slaven Toplak are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 1105D, BUILDING 1, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4816, PAGES 1517 THROUGH 1586, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 78 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
